Return Policy

We accept returns on every pack of Nicosan (TM) that we sell (un-used and in resale condition) in its original package for up to 30 days from the date that you receive your order. You can request a refund.  Please understand that we don't refund shipping and handling charges on any returned items.

 You must contact us within the stated 30 day warranty period to receive full refund (less the cost of shipping and handling). Please understand that we can not make any credit adjustment on any unauthorized returns.

We guarantee delivery of every order that we process and ship  . You are entitled to a full refund (including shipping) if you do not receive your order after a maximum of 4 weeks  (30 days ) .
